Being Peaceful!!

Recently I've spend times to do research on how to help yourself to be more mindful and happy throughout the day! :)

Here are the 20 things that can help you to be more mindful and happy throughout the day! :)
1. Laying on your bed for few minutes before hopping into your day as there are no reasons for you to rush for.
2. Eating your breakfast slow, instead of gabbling something and go.
3. Hug someone you know long enough to make it meaningful.
4. Appreciate something you take for granted, like what your feet for taking you where you need to go.
5. Noticing something thoughtful about strangers as there are lot of awesome people outside.
6. Doing the only thing that you need to even though you have lots of them cause you need to fully enjoy everything that you're doing.
7. Always praise yourself when you did something awesome.
8. Express how you feel and share it with the one you trusted.
9. Always listen to someone without thinking about what you want to say next.
10. Forgiving someone not just only by words but by feeling compassion to them as well.
11. Letting yourself to have a great lunch without thinking of your works.
12. Believe others when they say that everything will be OKAY!
13. Telling someone you love them not because you want to hear it back but you will feel better and happier when you express it out.
14. No matter what happened, always have a big smile with you.
15. Telling your friends how awesome and lucky you are when you get to know them.
16. Finally make sometime for the thing that you always want to do but you always don't have time to do it.
17. Having an eye-contact with a stranger and feel connected with a world larger.
18. Feeling whatever you feel without judging it.
19. Write down the thoughts that always race your head up crumble the paper and throw it away.
20. Holding some one's hand with both of your hands when you thank them.

AND the last thing to feel peaceful is : being grateful when you get to know someone new with brilliant ideas and letting them to inspire you! :)
